2011 RULES AND REGULATIONS

Rule Updates for 2011:

Please note that, beginning this season of 2011, a player can move from one team to another team even after having played in a game for that team. This can only be done during the first week of play for each respective division and only until each team's roster is "frozen" for the season. Once a roster is "frozen" for the season, there cannot be any moving of players from one roster to another for any reason. Nor can any additional players be added.(The full explanation of the roster and players rules can be read in the Rules and Regulations Booklet)
